Best Vegan Restaurants in Miami.

With the best and most inventive plant-based meals, Miami’s vegan restaurants are tops. In 2022, I’ll keep bringing you the list of the best of Miami’s vegan restaurants.

Here are some of my favorite spots from last year. If you’re looking for only fully vegan restaurants, I did include a few recommendations as well.

There are also vegan restaurants in Miami that serve delicious dishes. One way I focused our article was on vegan restaurants; there are a few other restaurants with amazing vegan food options.

Check out Minty Z for vegan dim sum like vegan shrimp shumai and Cuban corn wontons. They have a cashew cream with “ham” to make it vegan-friendly.

Lilikoi is a restaurant with vegan options like savory Asian buckwheat ramen noodles, creamy vegan carbonara with smoked coconut “bacon” and even banana bread!

The plant is an artisan farm and restaurant conveniently located in the heart of Miami Beach and is committed to using sustainable vegetables, grass-fed beef, and other cool ingredients. They serve a menu that changes seasonally so it aligns with the best products available at their organic farm.

The menu features superfoods, medicinal herbs, and ancient spices that give each dish a unique flavor. In addition to food, they also offer drinks including CBD cocktails and yummy Kombucha. They also are vegan friendly.

3. FULL BLOOM

Full Bloom’s Menu has innovative dishes such as Shitake Bacon Perciatelli Alla Boscaiola, Korean BBQ Jackfruit and Kimchi Patacones and Birria Quesadillas with Coconut Milk Cheese.

They are all healthy, yet the intimate feeling and the use of animal-friendly ingredients make for a connection. They also use kosher and GMO-free ingredients.

4. PLANTA | PLANTA QUEEN

Planta is an upscale vegan restaurant renowned for its beautiful visual presentation of gourmet food. The menu spans from sushi to raw options, depending on your mood and desire. With a diverse selection of cuisines, Planta will provide you with a fine dining experience that you won’t forget.

5. LOVE LIFE CAFE

Love Life Cafe won the seed food and wine festival in 2016, they still have the touch. They make clean delicious plant-based food from scratch and have dishes like guava rose cheesecake and “La Arepa Pelua” with shredded jackfruit meat.

They also run Shido, a plant-based Japanese food popup but it doesn’t seem like they are operating Shido right now. I hope I can eat miso udon and dynamite rolls with cashew cream cheese and plantain soon.

6. L’ARTISANE CREATIVE BAKERY

In the US, L’Artisane Creative Bakery is the first vegan bakery. Chef Carolina has worked in Michelin-recognized restaurants like Ritz Carlton and with Vegan pastry queen Fran Costigan.

Their croissants are out of this world! You can also get their yummy pastries shipped nationwide for anyone you want to get a taste of their phenomenal food.

7. CHOCOLATE CHIP BAKERY

At Chocolate Chip Bakery, you’ll find chewy, soft pastries made from organic ingredients and soy-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free. It’s the perfect place to pick up a vegan donut samoa or a cup of Cafe con leche .

8. ORGANIC FOOD KING

If you are looking for solid burgers, fries and wings with an open late hours, then Organic Food King is your place. The food is filling and heavy, but it will make you not regret having that vegan burger.

9. AGUACATE – SANCTUARY OF LOVE

Aguacate is a community, and can be a relaxing refuge. Outdoor seating is the first clue that you are in good hands, while nearby yoga classes or new moon ceremonies will provide a calming ambiance.

If you want to relax, then Aguacate should be your destination. They also have an animal sanctuary on property, so it’s not just all about relaxation- there are animals to look at too.

10. THE PLANTISSERIE

The Plantisserie is a plant based deli that also serves hot and healthy food. Their amazingly fresh ingredients have no pesticides, GMO’s, chemicals, hormones, preservatives or colorants. If you are trying to avoid gluten then try their delicious gluten-free desserts.

11. SOBE VEGAN

  • Neighborhood: South Beach

SoBe Vegan has a range of vegan comfort foods, with their vegan hot dogs, sausages, burgers, fries and bowls. Plus they’ve got a kids meal too! I recommend giving the Cookies and Cream shake and Sausage Egg and Cheese Sandwich a try.

12. HOLI VEGAN KITCHEN

‘Holi Vegan Kitchen’ is a women-owned and operated vegan restaurant with branches in MiMo and North Miami Beach, offering bowls, pastas, pizzettas, burgers, sandwiches and baked goods. I recommend trying the raw berries cashew cheese cake and banana nut cake. They also have pancakes for brunch.

13. THATCH MIAMI

There is everything on their menu: pizza, pad thai, kimchi fried rice, quesadillas, burgers, kale salad, and pancakes. I recommend trying their homemade small batch ice cream with a base of fresh cashew and coconut mylk and sweetened with dark maple syrup.

14. SCREAMING CARROTS

Sort of more atypical than that, the Screaming Carrots have many different selections, such as Thai and Mediterranean dishes and sandwiches.

By using primarily organic ingredients, the restaurant is keeping it true to their authentic roots with less GMO’s. Their exclusive daily specials help customers get what they crave.

15. VEGAN DELIGHTS

There are so many tempting pastry options at Vegan Delights, it’s hard to choose just one! I recommend the cream horn and “ham and cheese” or guava and cheese pastries. But don’t get us started on the doughnuts or the empanadas.
