This means that you’ll need to factor in additional costs if you want to make Daily Harvest’s smoothies at home.
6. What’s the Pricing for Flat Bread by Daily Harvest?
Daily Harvest offers a variety of flatbreads that are perfect for lunch. I went with the Tomato + Basil Flat Bread item that costs $8.99 per. These were used for my lunch (along with soup). I bought 7 of these (1 for each day), which cost a total of $62.93, or $251.72 monthly. This flatbread is nutritious, filling, and delicious.

I decided to try out Daily Harvest’s soup for my lunch this week. I selected the Lentil + Cremini soup, which costs $7.99 per item. This means that I spent $55.93 this week on my lunch or $223 over the course of a month. I’m happy with this selection because it’s filling and has a good flavor. I imagine that the cost of this soup would increase if I wanted to add additional items, such as side dishes or toppings. In other words, the price of Daily Harvest’s soup is likely reflective of the ingredients used in it.
6.2 Chia Bowl Pricing
I tried out Chia Bowls for breakfast this week and they were really delicious. I bought 7 of them and it cost me $41.93. That works out to be $167.72 a month, which is really affordable. I would recommend trying out Chia Bowls if you’re looking for an affordable breakfast option.
6.3 Snacks and Deserts
Looking for a snack that will keep you satisfied all day long? Look no further than the Daily Harvest Bites! These delicious snacks are 7 bites for only $7.99, and they’re perfect for when you need a little something to take the edge off. I picked the 7 bites option because it’s a great way to try out different flavors without spending a lot of money. Plus, it’s easy to divide the package evenly across the month, so you’ll always have something to eat when the craving strikes.
6.4 Splendid Spoon’s Pricing
When you first do research on pricing for the vegan meal delivery services of Splendid Spoon, you’ll notice they are a little higher than Daily Harvest. However, after using both vegan meal delivery services, Splendid Spoon has larger serving sizes. For example, Splendid Spoon’s smoothies are 16 oz while Daily Harvest’s is just 7 oz.

7. How much does a meal delivery plan cost with Splendid Spoon?
It only cost me $465 for the week after I decided to purchase additional breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. I knew that this was not going to be enough for me, so I bought groceries to meet my needs.
A 25 Pack of wellness shots costs me $100, and a 25 pack of Detox Shots costs another $100 more.
Grand total spending on Splendid Spoon meals for the month was $860. The Daily Harvest cost $1,058, which is obviously less than that. But I bought a pack of ice cream over there (which wasn’t worth the money), which I mentioned before.
Overall, Splendid Spoon was much cheaper than Daily Harvest and I also liked that I could choose a meal plan over buying individual items. With Daily Harvest, shopping is tricky as you need to find what’s in season and then prepare the program for yourself, which is not worth the time for me.
